About Us
My name is Narinder, and I am the Director here at Aurora Learning Tree. I chose child care as a career more than a decade ago, when I realized that during my years as a teacher, I enjoyed nothing more than playing a part in the children's development and growth.
The need for high quality child care is an especially important issue for many parents, and the presence of an accredited, government-approved daycare in our community serves to address this need. Given the effects of COVID-19 on jobs and families, we hope that providing child care for families with young children, at competitive prices, can alleviate some of the stress.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me! I'd be glad to help.

Learning Through Play
The Aurora Learning Tree program is based off a play-based learning approach: research shows that play-based learning is core to early childhood education. These years form the basis of children’s cognitive skills, emotional well-being, social skills, and physical and mental wellness.
We believe that the stimulation and learning that come from play, reading, singing and interacting with peers and caring adults at home and in quality early education settings are essential. A curriculum and environment centred around curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning are at the core of what we believe to be a high quality and developmentally appropriate programme.
Above all, we aim to develop healthy relationships between not only the children and us as teachers, but also between us and the families: the strength and trust of these relationships allow for a truly safe and loving environment, which is the most crucial backdrop for healthy learning and development. Once they leave Aurora Learning Tree Daycare, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.
